Who we are
Artists & Robots is a Creative Intelligence Studio based at 205 Hudson St, New York, NY 10013. We operate artistsandrobots.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to [email protected].
What we collect
We collect the following information: • Contact inquiries: When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message. • Challenge sessions: When you use the intelligence demo, we log the questions you ask and the session identifier. We do not collect personally identifiable information through the demo unless you voluntarily include it in your question. • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish users. The GA4 measurement ID for this site is G-Q1N4FQWP01. • Cookies: We set a first-party Google Analytics cookie (_ga) that persists for 2 years. No other cookies are set by this site.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties. Challenge session data is used to improve the intelligence system — specifically to make future responses more relevant and grounded. Session data is stored in our database and may be used to train and refine the agent. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how people use the site. We do not use analytics data to identify individual users.

Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Challenge session data is retained indefinitely to improve the system. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention period (14 months by default).
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
